Warm cloak with a wide lined hood made of organic wool in a black-and-white pattern (salt and pepper, also available in a white-gray color like the Rosalba coat). A classic flared outerwear piece, knee-length with two comfortable three-quarter openings for the arms. Easy closure with snap buttons and two practical pockets at the bottom. The organic wool fabric, made by choosing sustainable processes, ensures a quality warmth that no synthetic yarn can provide; only natural fibers have thermal properties combined with breathability, keeping the skin dry: this guarantees a healthy warmth for our well-being and that of the environment. Solo le fibre naturali hanno doti termiche abbinate alla traspirabilità, capaci di mantenere la pelle asciutta e favorendo la normale traspirazione del corpo.

For us it is very important that despite the distance, every customer can feel at ease as if they were in our atelier: fulfilling your requests and creating a garment that satisfies you in every aspect is the most important thing for us.
1-You will immediately receive an email confirming your purchase, with a summary of the ordered items
2-Within 24 hours we will contact you, we will ask you for your measurements and if the item you ordered needs modifications based on your preferences or if you prefer it to be packaged in size, as shown in the size guide of the product page.
Don't worry about the measurements , you can refer to our Size Guide , or alternatively we can do a short video consultation on WhatsApp lasting 15 minutes, in which we will guide you in taking the measurements correctly.
All garments are packaged at the time of order, this gives us a certain freedom during the packaging and creation of the models. We can customize the measurements of the garment according to your needs. Length, more or less tailored, width, made to measure is free and included in the price. For major changes to the models, please contact us before ordering for a quote.
Timings
The production time for an item may vary based on the complexity of the order. As a rule, an unmodified garment can be manufactured in 3 - 7 days, while customized ones have a slightly longer timeframe, 3 - 10 days. For orders with multiple items the times are slightly longer, 7 - 20 days.

Shipping and Returns
-SHIPMENTS TO ITALY
Shipping in Italy is charged to the Customer, for orders that do not exceed € 110. The cost of shipping is € 7 (the price refers to standard shipping, the premium would cost € 12) and will be charged at the time of purchase. Shipments for orders exceeding the threshold of € 110 are free and borne by Malìa Lab. Delivery times vary based on the courier and are therefore indicative. Normally the goods sent will be received in 1-3 working days. (except for periods of congestion, such as holiday periods)
-SHIPMENTS TO EUROPE (European Community countries)
The cost of standard European shipping is € 18 if the amount of the cart is less than € 250 and € 6 if the amount is between € 250 and € 500. This sum will be charged on the invoice at the time of purchase. Shipments for orders exceeding the threshold of € 500 are free and borne by Malìa Lab. Delivery times vary based on the courier and are therefore indicative. Normally the goods sent will be received in 5-7 working days.
-SHIPMENTS TO EUROPE (non-EU countries)
The cost of shipping for countries not belonging to the community is € 40 if the amount of the cart is less than € 400 and € 30 if the amount is between € 400 and € 500.
