- Domestic Shipping (Italy):
Shipping within Italy is paid by the Customer for orders under €110. The shipping cost is €7 for standard shipping (premium shipping costs €18) and will be charged at checkout. Standard shipping is free for orders over €110 and covered by Malìa Lab. (Premium shipping costs €12 for orders up to €450 and is free for orders over €450). Delivery times vary depending on the courier and are therefore indicative. Typically, goods are delivered within 1–3 business days (except during busy periods such as holidays).
- Shipping within Europe (EU Countries):
The standard shipping cost within the European Union is €22 for carts under €400. For orders above €400, the shipping cost is a fixed €15. These amounts will be charged at checkout. Delivery times depend on the courier and are indicative. Normally, goods arrive within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping within Europe (Non-EU Countries):
Shipping costs for countries outside the European Union are €45 for carts under €400 and €35 for carts over €400. For orders over €800, the shipping cost is a fixed €30. These amounts will be charged at checkout. Delivery times depend on the courier and are indicative. Typically, delivery takes 5–10 business days.

- Shipping to North America:
The standard shipping cost for extra-European destinations is €55 for carts under €400 and €48 for carts between €400 and €800. For orders over €800, the shipping fee is a fixed €40. These amounts will be charged at checkout. Delivery times depend on the courier and are indicative. Typically, delivery takes 7–10 business days.

- Shipping to the Rest of the World:
The standard extra-EU shipping fee is €100. This amount will be charged at checkout. Delivery times depend on the courier and are indicative. Typically, delivery takes 7–14 business days.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, any customs duties, local taxes, customs clearance fees, or other import charges are the customer's responsibility.
These costs are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country and vary according to local regulations.
Malìa Lab has no control over these charges and cannot estimate them in advance.
If delivery is refused or customs fees are unpaid, the package may be returned to sender or abandoned. In such cases, the refund amount will be deducted by the costs incurred for the initial shipping, the return of the package, and any additional fees charged by the courier.
⚠️ Customs and clearance fees are non-refundable in the event of a return.
Packaging and Production Times:
Production times for each garment vary depending on order complexity. Typically, non-modified garments can be made within 3–7 days, while customized items require 3–10 days. Orders with multiple garments generally take longer, between 7 and 20 days.

Multiple orders: depending on the number of items; up to 5 items: 15–25 days, over 5 items: 20–40 days.
Malìa Lab Return and Refund Policy
Returns and Refunds
Pursuant to art. 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014 (the full text of Legislative Decree 21/2014 can be viewed here: http://www.gazzettaufficiale.it/eli/id/2014/3/11/14G00033/sg), the Customer may withdraw from the contract for any reason except for customized or made-to-measure items within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the products. The following conditions apply.
Return for Change of Mind
The right to withdraw for change of mind, as per EU law, is only possible on non-customized or non-made-to-measure items. According to art. 59, paragraph 1, letters a) and c) of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended), withdrawal is excluded because the service is completed immediately and the goods are personalized according to the User’s specifications.
Return shipping costs within Italy will be calculated based on order volume and box size. The amount will be communicated and deducted from the refund only with prior approval.
For returns outside Italy (both EU and non-EU), the shipping cost will be calculated according to the destination country, communicated to the customer for approval, and deducted from the refund amount, with no additional charge at the time of the return request.
Return for Defect
Malìa Lab guarantees that products conform to the descriptions on the site and communications with the customer, certifying that products have the usual qualities and performance typical of similar goods and services and are suitable for their intended use.
If the customer receives a damaged, defective, or non-compliant product, they must contact info@malialab.it with a description of the defect and, if possible, photos showing the defect.
Photos provided by the customer will be compared with those taken by our warehouse before shipping, and the return will be authorized if the defect is attributable to the company. Return shipping will be at Malìa Lab’s expense. Upon receipt, the product will be inspected and the refund of the full amount authorized. In some cases (at Malìa Lab’s sole discretion), the defective product may remain with the customer while still being refunded. If no defect is found or if wear conditions prevent establishing a defect, the item will be returned to the sender at their expense.
Return of Customized Garments
Returns of made-to-measure or customized garments are not possible. However, we strive to meet your needs as best as possible. While the garment cannot be returned, we can agree on modifications so you can use the garment to its fullest quality. All agreed modifications will be made free of charge. The only costs borne by you are the shipping fees (both for returning the item and for shipping after modification).
Important advice:
Our customer service and pattern makers are fully available to satisfy your needs. Don’t hesitate to ask for fabric or fit demonstration videos. We aim to create a garment that is special for you. Contact us via WhatsApp for any information — we are at your complete disposal as if you were in our atelier. We know that distance is a disadvantage in online shopping, but we put all our kindness and passion to make up for this, and our availability is our strength.
Return Terms and Conditions
- Returns are not accepted for customized or made-to-measure items. (However, modifications can be agreed upon with shipping costs borne by the customer and free modification.)
- Returned goods must be intact, preferably using the original packaging or packaging of equivalent strength, sealed on all openings with adhesive tape.
- A label with sender details, shipping address, and authorization code must be affixed. Alternatively, sender information can be written by hand with a permanent marker.
- Goods must be complete with all parts and in the original packaging (bags, boxes, dustbags, and wrapping), with tags still attached.
- All items must be returned with their original box if present; the box is an integral part of the product and must not be damaged or altered, and cannot be used as the sole external packaging.
- The right of withdrawal applies to the entire purchased product; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal on part of the product (e.g., accessories, complements).
- The shipment is the customer’s responsibility until receipt by Malìa Lab’s warehouse.
- In case of damage during transport, Malìa Lab will promptly notify the customer to allow them to file a claim with the courier and obtain reimbursement; the product will be made available to the customer and the withdrawal request canceled.
- Malìa Lab is not liable for damage, theft, or loss during shipment for return.
Malìa Lab will refund the customer the full amount (excluding shipping costs) of the returned items within 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of the return shipment, via the same payment method used by the customer for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. For bank transfers, the customer must provide the IBAN for the refund. The customer will not incur any costs related to the refund. Malìa Lab may withhold the refund until the returned product is received or until proof of shipment is provided, whichever is earlier.
The customer will lose the right of withdrawal if Malìa Lab finds that:
the returned product or its accessories and/or packaging are not intact;
the product is missing its external packaging or original internal packaging;
the product is missing integral parts or accessories (e.g., closures, laces, buckles, etc.).
In the case of loss of the right of withdrawal, Malìa Lab will return the product to the sender and charge the shipping costs and, if already refunded, the price of the product.
Return Policy Summary:
- Returns are always accepted except for made-to-measure or customized garments.
- Return shipping costs are always borne by the customer.
- In case of manufacturing defects, shipping costs are covered by Malìa Lab.
