To help you with the measurement, use your pelvis as a reference. By pressing laterally on your abdomen, you will feel the upper part of the pelvic bone, called the iliac crest. Pass the measuring tape just above this bone, and you will have the correct measurement of your waist circumference.

Timings
The packaging times for an item can vary based on the complexity of the order. As a rule, a non-modified item can be packaged in 3 - 7 days, while customized items have a slightly wider timeframe, 3 - 10 days.
