Each garment is made with care at the time of order according to the natural timing of a tailor shop. Ethics and sustainability are present in every phase of the making, which is why we take the right time to refine every piece down to the detail. Express tailoring allows us to customize the garment according to your needs. Longer, shorter, wider at the waist, no problem, we are here for that and to create a piece according to your tastes. 1-You will immediately receive a confirmation email of your purchase, with a summary of the items ordered.
2-Within 24 hours we will contact you, we will ask for your measurements and whether the item you ordered needs adjustments based on your preferences or if you prefer it to be made in size, as stated in the size guide on the product page.

Don't worry about the measurements, you can refer to our Size Guide, or alternatively we can have a short video consultation on WhatsApp lasting 15 minutes, during which we will guide you in taking the measurements correctly.

All items are made to order, which gives us a certain freedom in the packaging and creation of the models. We can customize the measurements of the item according to your needs. Length, more or less fitted, width, custom tailoring is free and included in the price.For more significant modifications to the models, please contact us before placing an order for a quote.

The packaging times for an item can vary based on the complexity of the order. As a rule, an unmodified item can be packaged in 3 - 7 days, while customized items have a slightly longer timeframe, 3 - 10 days. For orders with multiple items, the times are slightly longer, 7 - 20 days.

In detail:

Simple accessories: 3-7 days

Frame accessories: 7-14 days

Items without modifications: 3-7 days

Customized items: 3-10 days

Multiple orders: depends on the order 7-20 days

-SHIPPING IN ITALY

Shipping in Italy is the responsibility of the customer for orders that do not exceed €110. The cost of shipping is €7 (the price refers to standard shipping, premium would cost €12) and will be charged at the time of purchase. Shipping for orders over the threshold of €110 is free and covered by Malìa Lab. Delivery times vary depending on the courier and are therefore indicative. Normally, the shipped goods will be received in 1-3 working days. (except during congestion periods, such as holiday periods)

-SHIPPING IN EUROPE (EU community countries)

The cost of standard shipping in Europe is €22 if the cart amount is less than €250 and €10 if the amount is between €250 and €500. This amount will be charged on the invoice at the time of purchase. Shipping for orders over the threshold of €500 is free and covered by Malìa Lab. Delivery times depend on the courier and are therefore indicative. Normally, the shipped goods will be received in 5-7 working days.

-SHIPPING IN EUROPE (Non-EU countries)

The cost of shipping to countries outside the community is €40 if the cart amount is less than €400 and €30 if the amount is between €400 and €800. This amount will be charged on the invoice at the time of purchase. Shipping for orders over the threshold of €800 is free and covered by Malìa Lab. Delivery times depend on the courier and are therefore indicative. Normally, the shipped goods will be received in 5-7 working days.

Customs duties and clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer

-SHIPPING REST OF THE WORLD

The cost of standard shipping outside Europe is €45 if the cart amount is less than €400 and €30 if the amount is between €400 and €600. If the amount is between €600 and €800, the shipping cost is reduced to €25. This amount will be charged on the invoice at the time of purchase. Shipping for orders over the threshold of €800 is free and covered by Malìa. Delivery times depend on the courier and are therefore indicative. Normally, the shipped goods will be received in 7-10 working days.
