Production times for a garment may vary depending on the complexity and customization level of your order. A standard, unaltered piece is typically produced within 3–7 days, while customized garments, featuring embroidery or bespoke finishes, generally require 3–10 days.
For multiple-item orders involving various styles or modifications, processing times typically extend to 7–20 days.

Do you want to gift a piece from the Malìa collections to a special person, but you don't know their size or if they will like it? Gift them a Malìa Voucher. Select the amount of the gift card, choose the type of delivery, and then add it to the cart like a normal purchase and complete the checkout.
You can choose to send it in digital format, (you can do it yourself or we will do it if you provide us with the contact details of the person who should receive it), or alternatively, you can choose to send a paper Gift card, which will arrive directly at the home of the person you want to gift it to, with a lovely package. (the shipping cost is increased by €7 to cover only the shipping costs)

Each garment is made with care at the time of order according to the natural timing of a tailor shop. Ethics and sustainability are present in every phase of the making, which is why we take the right time to refine every piece down to the detail. Express tailoring allows us to customize the garment according to your needs. Longer, shorter, wider at the waist, no problem, we are here for that and to create a piece according to your tastes. 1-You will immediately receive a confirmation email of your purchase, with a summary of the items ordered.
2-Within 24 hours we will contact you, we will ask for your measurements and whether the item you ordered needs adjustments based on your preferences or if you prefer it to be made in size, as stated in the size guide on the product page.
Don't worry about the measurements, you can refer to our Size Guide, or alternatively we can have a short video consultation on WhatsApp lasting 15 minutes, during which we will guide you in taking the measurements correctly.
All items are made to order, which gives us a certain freedom in the packaging and creation of the models. We can customize the measurements of the item according to your needs. Length, more or less fitted, width, custom tailoring is free and included in the price.For more significant modifications to the models, please contact us before placing an order for a quote.
Packaging times for a garment can vary depending on the complexity of the order. As a rule, an unmodified garment can be packaged in 3 - 7 days, while customized ones have a slightly longer timeframe, 3 - 10 days. For orders with multiple garments, the times are slightly longer, 7 - 20 days.
In detail:
Simple accessories: 3-5 days
Frame accessories: 5-10 days
Items without modifications: 3-7 days
Custom items: 3-10 days
Multiple orders: depends on the order 7-20 days
Shipments within the national territory:
Shipping in Italy is the responsibility of the Customer for orders not exceeding €110. The shipping cost is €7 (standard shipping, premium shipping would cost €12) and will be charged at the time of purchase. Shipping for orders above the €110 threshold is free and covered by Malìa Lab. Delivery times vary depending on the courier and are therefore indicative. Normally, the goods sent will be received within 1-3 working days (except during congestion periods, such as holidays).
Shipping in Europe (European Union Countries):
The cost of standard European shipping is €22 if the cart amount is less than €250 and €15 if the amount is between €250 and €500. This amount will be charged at the time of purchase. Shipments for orders exceeding the €500 threshold have a fixed cost of €12. Delivery times vary depending on the courier and are therefore indicative. Normally, the goods sent will be received within 5-7 working days.
Shipping in Europe (Non-EU countries)
The shipping cost for countries outside the European Community is €45 if the cart amount is less than €400 and €35 if the amount is over €400. This amount will be charged at the time of purchase. Shipments for orders exceeding the threshold of €800 have a fixed cost of €30. Delivery times vary depending on the courier and are therefore indicative. Normally, the goods sent will be received within 5-7 working days.
