Made to order, what does it mean?
Literally, made at the time of order. It is one of the peculiarities that distinguish us. This choice allows us to create unique and customizable garments according to the customer's measurements. At the time of purchase we will ask you to provide your measurements so as to make the garment as best as possible (you can take them yourself or alternatively we will help you with a short video consultation on WhatsApp).
Customization of the size is free and included in the price (for sizes from 38 to 48, for larger sizes a small surcharge may be necessary to be estimated based on the fabric).
For major changes to the models, please contact us before ordering for a quote.
Making each garment at the time of the order allows us to minimize waste, both in raw material (textile fibre) and energy, effectively making only the necessary garments.

Feel free to contact us using the means you prefer (click the contact us button in the bottom right corner) and we will guide you in choosing the product or size that's right for you.
Each item* is made at the time of the order, which is why it is not a problem to make it directly with your measurements, everything is absolutely free and included in the price.
We will ask you for your measurements, (You can visit the Size Guide page for a small introductory guide) and if you need help, we can also help you take them remotely with a short WhatsApp consultation. (the consultation is free, all you need is a measuring tape handy).
Alternatively we can create a personalized video for you, to help you take the necessary measures, which you will receive directly on the device of your choice. We are at your complete disposal. For anything please contact us.

What happens at the time of purchase?
For us it is very important that despite the distance, every customer can feel at ease as if they were in our atelier: fulfilling your requests and creating a garment that satisfies you in every aspect is the most important thing for us.
1-You will immediately receive an email confirming your purchase, with a summary of the items ordered
2-Within 24 hours we will contact you, we will ask you for your measurements and if the item you ordered needs modifications based on your preferences or if you prefer it to be packaged in size, as shown in the size guide of the product page.
Don't worry about the measurements , you can refer to our Size Guide , or alternatively we can do a short video consultation on WhatsApp lasting 15 minutes, in which we will guide you in taking the measurements correctly.
All garments are packaged at the time of order, this gives us a certain freedom during the packaging and creation of the models. We can customize the measurements of the garment according to your needs. Length, more or less tailored, width, made to measure is free and included in the price. For major changes to the models, please contact us before ordering for a quote.
Timings
Packaging times for an item may vary depending on the complexity of the order. As a rule, an unmodified item can be packaged in 3 - 7 days, while customized items have a slightly longer timeframe, 3 - 10 days. For orders with multiple items the times are slightly longer, 7 - 20 days.

Natural fibers have peculiar qualities that distinguish them from synthetic ones. The list above describes only some of the main characteristics possessed by natural fabrics. These are yarns made by choosing sustainable processes, closed, controlled, and certified cycles that guarantee excellent control over the product that is reflected in the value of the yarn. Natural yarns respect the body and the environment. Your skin will be free to breathe and the thermoregulation property will guarantee you a pleasant feeling of coolness in summer and warmth in winter. In each product, you will find a card that reports the peculiar characteristics of the yarn with which they were made.
