Made to order, what does it mean?
Literally, made at the time of the order. It is one of the features that sets us apart. This choice allows us to create unique and customizable pieces according to the customer's measurements. At the time of purchase, we will ask you to provide your measurements so that we can make the piece as best as possible (you can take them yourself or alternatively we will help you with a short video consultation on WhatsApp).
Size customization is free and included in the price (for sizes from 38 to 48, for larger sizes a small surcharge may be necessary to be quoted based on the fabric).
For more significant changes to the models, please contact us before placing an order for a quote.

Each item* is made at the time of the order, so it is not a problem to make it directly with your measurements; everything is absolutely free and included in the price.
We will ask you for your measurements, (You can visit the page Size Guide for a small introductory guide) and if you need help, we can also assist you in taking them remotely with a short WhatsApp consultation. (the consultation is free, you just need to have a measuring tape on hand).
Alternatively, we can create a personalized video for you, to help you take the necessary measurements, which you will receive directly on the device of your choice. We are at your complete disposal. For anything, feel free to contact us.

What happens at the time of purchase?
2-Within 24 hours we will contact you, we will ask for your measurements and if the item you ordered needs modifications based on your preferences or if you prefer it to be made in size, as stated in the size guide on the product page.
Don't worry about the measurements, you can refer to our Size Guide, or alternatively we can have a short video consultation on WhatsApp lasting 15 minutes, in which we will guide you in taking the measurements correctly.
All items are made at the time of the order, this gives us a certain freedom in the packaging and realization of the models. We can customize the measurements of the item based on your needs. Length, more or less tapered, width, custom making is free and included in the price. For more significant modifications to the models, feel free to contact us before placing an order for a quote.
Timing
The processing times for an item can vary based on the complexity of the order. As a rule, an unmodified item can be made in 3 - 7 days, while customized ones have a slightly longer timeframe, 3 - 10 days. For orders with multiple items, the times are slightly longer, 7 - 20 days.
