The shipping cost for countries outside the community is €40 if the cart amount is less than €400 and €30 if the amount is between €400 and €800. Pursuant to Article 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, (The full text of Legislative Decree 21/2014 can be consulted on the website of the official gazette ), the Customer may withdraw from the Conditions and therefore from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide justification and without any penalty, within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the products. The conditions set out below apply.

The right of return for reconsideration, as per EU regulations, IT IS POSSIBLE, but only on non-customized or personalized items.

"Pursuant to Article 59, paragraph 1, letters a) and c) of the Consumer Code, Legislative Decree 206/2005 and subsequent amendments and integrations, the right of withdrawal is indeed excluded as the complete execution of the service is immediate and the goods are made and customized based on the User's specifications."

The cost of shipping expenses will be borne by the customer and deducted from the refund amount without any addition at the time of the return request.

Malìa Lab guarantees that the products comply with what is described on the website and in the communications with the customer, certifying that such products possess the usual qualities and performances of goods and services of the same type and that they are suitable for the intended use.

'In the event that the customer receives a damaged, defective, or non-compliant product, they must write to the address' info@malialab.it including a description of the defect and, if possible, the photograph(s) of the product detailing the defect. The photographs provided by the customer will be compared and evaluated with those taken by our warehouse before shipping, and the product will be authorized for return if it is determined that the defect is attributable to the company's responsibility. (Shipping costs covered by Malìa Lab). Once returned, the product will be checked, and a refund of the entire expense will be authorized. In some cases (at the sole discretion of Malìa Lab), the defective product may be left with the customer and still refunded. In the event that no conformity defect is found, or the wear conditions of the item make it impossible to determine whether or not it is a conformity defect, the item will be returned to the sender at no charge.

The return of custom-made or personalized items is not possible. However, our desire to meet your needs to the best of our ability and our work ethic drive us to accommodate you as much as possible. You will not be able to return the item, but we can agree on the modifications to be made so that you can use the item you ordered to the best of its qualities. Of course, the least we can do is to carry out all agreed modifications free of charge. The only thing that will be your responsibility is the shipping costs (both for return and for sending after modification).

Important advice: Our customer service and our stylist are focused and super available to best meet your needs. Don't hesitate to ask, even for demonstration videos of both the fabrics and the fit of the garments. It is in our interest to create a piece that is special for you. You can also write to us on WhatsApp for any information; we are at your complete disposal, as if you were in the atelier. We know that in online shopping, distance is a negative factor, but we put all our kindness and passion into bridging this gap, and availability is our strong point.

• Returns for customized or made-to-measure items will not be accepted. (but it is possible to agree on a modification, shipping costs at your expense, free modification)
• The goods must be returned intact, preferably using the packaging in which it was delivered, or one of equal strength, sealed with adhesive tape on all openings.
• "A label containing the sender's details, the shipping address, and the authorization code received must be affixed. Alternatively, it is possible to write the required information by hand on the packaging using a permanent marker."
• The goods must be complete with all their parts and in the original packaging (bags, boxes, dustbags, and packages), with the tags still attached.
• All items must be returned along with their original box, where present, which is considered an integral part of the product itself and must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way, and cannot be used as the only external packaging.
• The right of withdrawal may apply to the purchased product in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product (e.g.: accessories, complements, etc...);
• The shipment, up to the certificate of receipt at the warehouse indicated by Malìa Lab, is under the full responsibility of the customer;
• In case of damage to the goods during transport, Malìa Lab will promptly inform the Customer, allowing them to file a complaint against the courier of their choice and obtain the corresponding refund; the product will then be made available to the Customer, simultaneously canceling the withdrawal request.
• Malìa Lab will not be liable in any way for damage, theft, or loss occurring during or in connection with the return shipment.
• Malìa Lab will refund the Customer the full amount of the returned items (from which the standard shipping cost of €7 will be deducted, which will be used to pay for the return shipping), within 14 (fourteen) days from the receipt of the withdrawal shipment, through a reversal of the charged amount, using the same payment method used by the Customer for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed. In the case of payment by bank transfer, the customer must inform Malìa Lab of the IBAN code to which the refund should be made. In any case, the Customer will not incur any costs as a result of this refund. Malìa Lab may suspend the refund until the returned product is received or until the Customer demonstrates that they have correctly returned the product, if earlier.

• In any case, the Customer will lose the right of withdrawal in cases where Malia Lab ascertains that: the returned product and/or its accessories, and/or its packaging are not intact; the product is missing its outer packaging and/or original internal packaging; the product is missing integral elements and/or accessories (e.g. closures, laces, buckles, etc.).

• In the event of the expiration of the right of withdrawal, Malia Lab will return the purchased product to the sender, charging them for the shipping costs and, if already refunded, the price of the product.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. and it will be deducted from the refund amount without any addition at the time of the return request.

What happens after placing the order

1-You will immediately receive a confirmation email of your purchase, with a summary of the items ordered.

2-In the course of 24H we will contact you and ask if the item you ordered needs adjustments based on your measurements or if you prefer it to be made in size, as stated in the size guide.

All items are made to order*, which gives us a certain freedom in the packaging and creation of the models.

The packaging times for an item can vary based on the complexity of the order. As a rule, a non-modified item can be packaged in 3 - 7 days, while customized items have a slightly wider timeframe, 3 - 10 days.

Of course, you can tell us about the fabric that impressed you and ask us if a model from the Malìa collection can be made with a different fabric. Or you can combine parts of different models to create one that you like. In either case, this type of customization may incur additional costs due to the creation of the model.

Our quality fabrics are made in Italy by certified producers listed in ICEA, the Institute that oversees Ethical and Environmental certification. The raw material, also certified, mainly comes from foreign suppliers for the fibers that are not produced in Italy (fewer and fewer fibers are cultivated and produced on national soil. We are committed to bringing at least some productions back to our territory and in the case of broom, directly to Calabria).

However, the weaving and dyeing processes (the most harmful to the environment and the body) are carried out in Italy, which gives us superior control over the materials and a higher quality of fabric.

Furthermore, a fundamental quality is its resistance to U.V. rays; in fact, thanks to the pectin content of honey, it is impermeable to ultraviolet rays, providing good protection in spring and summer. Hemp, a thermal, natural, and durable fiber, has a particular characteristic: it maintains the body temperature of the person wearing it. The characteristics of the fabric are antistatic properties, breathability, and silkiness to the touch. Cupro has a texture and shine very similar to silk, which is why it can be considered "vegan silk."

The fabric is made from regenerated cellulose fiber obtained through artificial processing of cotton linters. The linters form a short fluff that adheres to the seed and is separated through vigorous ginning: it is a fiber of pure cellulose. Cupro has been produced since 1931, exclusively by Asahi Kasei, from cotton linters, a recovery element of the cotton industry. Recovery is one of the credentials for discussing Circular Economy.

Its multi-fiber and capillary structure allows for the creation of a material with unique characteristics of comfort, ventilation, and resistance, but also of extraordinary softness and non-toxicity. The fabrics made with this material are completely hypoallergenic and therefore particularly suitable for contact with the most delicate areas of the human body.

Its production is the result of a process that is currently traceable and, above all, transparent, with both water and energy efficiency, managing to recover almost all materials thanks to its dynamic waste and refuse management system. Cupro, like natural fibers, is a biodegradable fiber, verified by tests conducted by Innovhub-SSI. The Cupro yarn has obtained the GRS, that is, the GLOBAL RECYCLING STANDARD and the ECO MARK, certifying the authenticity of its recycling process. Made in a glossy and silky smooth effect version, lyocell, a product of eucalyptus processing, is a very versatile fiber that is now widely used in various sectors, from lingerie to clothing. Art. 1 – Acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale and conclusion of the contract

The contract stipulated between Malìa lab (hereinafter "Malìa lab") and the Customer (i.e., the individual who makes the purchase on the Site, not referring to their commercial, entrepreneurial, or professional activity) is to be understood as concluded with the acceptance, even if only partial, of the order by Malìa Lab. In the event of non-acceptance of the order, Malìa Lab will promptly notify the Customer in any case. By placing an order in the various methods provided, according to the order form present on the Site (hereinafter the "Order"), the Customer declares to have taken note of all the information provided to them during the purchasing procedure and to fully accept these general conditions (hereinafter the "Conditions"). These Conditions can be printed or saved on a durable medium, in compliance with the provisions of Article 12 of Legislative Decree 70/2003 and Article 51 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014.

Art. 2 – Purchase Methods

The products offered for sale by Malia Lab are exclusively those present on the Malìa Lab website at the time of submitting the Order, as described in the relevant information sheets. It is understood that the images accompanying the product description sheet are for informational purposes only and may not perfectly represent its characteristics but may differ, e.g., in color and size (also due to the browser and monitor used to access the Site and view the images). To place an Order, the Customer must complete the relevant form on the Site in its entirety and submit it after carefully reviewing the Terms and the characteristics of the product and/or products they wish to purchase. The Customer must also request from Malia Lab, if desired, the issuance of a tax invoice related to the purchase, pursuant to art. 22 D.p.R. n. 633/1972. The correct receipt of the Order is confirmed by Malia Lab via an email response sent to the email address provided by the Customer. This confirmation message will briefly outline the purchase conditions, as required by applicable regulations, as well as the data entered in the Order by the Customer, so that they can verify the same and promptly communicate any necessary corrections of incorrect data.

Art. 3 – Prices and Payment Methods

The prices indicated on the site are to be considered inclusive of taxes and VAT. Any shipping costs or payment fees will be communicated to the Customer in advance through the site or these Terms. The following payment methods are available:

Wire transfer

Art. 4 – Delivery of products and related expenses

The purchased products will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer in the Order within 72-120 hours, after 24-48-72 hours from the date of registration of the Order by Malia lab, at the cost specifically indicated on the Site before sending the Order. Malia Lab reserves the right to accept or refuse deliveries requested outside Italian or European borders. In any case, for deliveries to be made outside Italian borders, shipping costs and delivery times may vary. Regarding deliveries requested in countries not belonging to the European Union, any import customs duties will be borne by the recipient. Therefore, the Customer is invited to contact the customs authorities of their country in advance to verify costs and any import limits. The delivery times indicated by Malia Lab should be considered purely indicative, and a delay in these times, or any delivery made with subsequent split shipments does not entitle the Customer to refuse the delivery itself and to request compensation or indemnities. At the time of delivery of the products, the Customer is required to check: that the number of packages being delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document. That the packaging is intact, undamaged, not wet or otherwise altered, including the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps). Any damage to the packaging and/or the product or the lack of correspondence of the number of packages or indications must be immediately reported by placing a specific note on the product delivery document to be returned to the courier. Any issues regarding the physical integrity, correspondence, or completeness of the received products must be reported within 7 days from the delivery date, according to the procedures provided in this document.

Art. 5 – Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, the Customer may withdraw from the Conditions and therefore from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide justification and without any penalty, within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the products. To exercise the right of withdrawal referred to in the previous Article 5.1, the Customer must send Malia Lab a communication to that effect, within the indicated time frame, to the following email address info@malialab.it, or use the appropriate form available on the Site in the contact field. In case of withdrawal, the Customer must return the products to our warehouse within 14 (fourteen) days from the withdrawal itself, to the following address:

The goods must be returned intact, complete with all its parts and in the original packaging (bags and boxes), kept and possibly used for the strictly necessary time to establish and verify its nature, characteristics, and size, according to normal diligence, without any signs of wear or dirt, in compliance with the conditions set out below:

the right of withdrawal may apply to the product purchased in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product (e.g.: accessories, complements, etc...); for the withdrawal to be possible, the product must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories: labels, tags, seals, etc...); the shipping, until the receipt confirmation at the warehouse indicated by Malia Lab, is under the full responsibility of the customer; in case of damage to the goods during transport, Malia Lab will inform the Customer, to allow them to promptly file a complaint against the courier they chose and obtain the related refund; the product will then be made available to the Customer, simultaneously canceling the withdrawal request; Malia Lab will not be liable in any way for damage, theft, or loss occurring during or in connection with the shipping for the return. Malia Lab will refund the Customer the entire amount already paid net of any additional shipping costs pursuant to art. 56, paragraph 2, of Legislative Decree 21/14, within 14 (fourteen) days from the withdrawal, through a reversal of the charged amount, using the same payment method used by the Customer for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed. Malia Lab may suspend the refund until the returned product is received or until the Customer demonstrates that they have correctly returned the product, if earlier. In any case, the Customer will lose the right of withdrawal in cases where Malia Lab ascertains that: the returned product and/or its accessories, and/or its packaging are not intact; the product is missing its outer packaging and/or the original internal packaging; the product is missing integral elements and/or accessories (e.g. closures, laces, buckles, etc.). the product is missing the tamper-proof seal. In the event of the loss of the right of withdrawal, Malia Lab will return the purchased product to the sender, charging them for the shipping costs and, if already refunded, the price of the product.

Art. 6 – Warranty

All products sold by Malia Lab are covered by a 24 (twenty-four) month warranty for conformity defects, pursuant to Title III of Legislative Decree 206/2005. To benefit from warranty assistance, the Customer must keep the invoice or payment receipt, along with the transport document. The warranty for conformity defects will apply provided that the relevant product has been used correctly, in accordance with its intended use and the instructions for use and washing included with the product. In the event that, for any reason, Malia Lab is unable to provide the Customer with a warranty product (repaired or replaced), or if the repair or replacement is excessively burdensome, even considering the value of the product, Malia Lab may proceed with a reasonable reduction of the price paid, or with the refund of the entire amount paid with the termination of the contract. In cases where the application of the warranties requires the return of the product, it must be returned by the Customer in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories).

Art. 8 – Privacy
