A soft and delicate fiber, comparable to silk, with a resistance similar to cotton. Wearing bamboo, you have the pleasant sensation of wearing a "second skin" so comfortable is its fiber. A freshness, given by the particular cellular characteristic of hollow fiber, which makes its use particularly suitable on summer days. Furthermore, it has antibacterial and highly breathable properties: the ease and permeability to transpiration, increases comfort in contact with the skin, leaving it always dry even on the hottest days. However, it is not just a summer fiber: the thermoregulatory capacity, makes it a fabric suitable for the 4 seasons. The fact that they are not treated with chemical processes means that bamboo fibers are ideal for the most sensitive skin, because they are hypoallergenic and delicate.
Furthermore, a fundamental quality is its resistance to UV rays, in fact thanks to the pectin content of honey it is waterproof to ultraviolet rays offering good protection in spring and summer. Bamboo fabrics maintain the properties of good stability, resistance to creases, anti-pilling and their antifungal and antibacterial nature, even after repeated washing. From an environmental point of view, bamboo is a natural and organic fiber and the final fabric, obtained with a process free of toxic chemical agents, is 100% biodegradable.NB: Any irregularities present in the fabric's weave (which do not compromise the shape and style of the garment) are attributable to the artisanal production and its uniqueness.

2-Within 24 hours we will contact you, we will ask for your measurements and whether the item you ordered needs adjustments based on your preferences or if you prefer it to be made in size, as stated in the size guide on the product page.
Don't worry about the measurements, you can refer to our Size Guide, or alternatively we can have a short video consultation on WhatsApp lasting 15 minutes, during which we will guide you in taking the measurements correctly.
All items are made to order, which gives us a certain freedom in the packaging and creation of the models. We can customize the measurements of the item according to your needs. Length, more or less fitted, width, custom tailoring is free and included in the price.For more significant modifications to the models, please contact us before placing an order for a quote.
The packaging times for an item can vary based on the complexity of the order. As a rule, an unmodified item can be packaged in 3 - 7 days, while customized items have a slightly longer timeframe, 3 - 10 days. For orders with multiple items, the times are slightly longer, 7 - 20 days.

Frame accessories: 7-14 days
Items without modifications: 3-7 days
Customized items: 3-10 days
Multiple orders: it depends on the number of items, up to 5 items 15-25 days, over 5 items 20-40 days.
Shipping in Italy is at the Customer's expense for orders not exceeding €110. The shipping cost is €7 (standard shipping, premium would cost €12) and will be charged at the time of purchase. Standard shipping for orders over the €110 threshold is free and at the expense of Malìa Lab. Delivery times vary depending on the courier and are therefore indicative. Normally, the goods sent will be received in 1-3 working days. (except during congestion periods, such as holiday periods).
The cost of standard European shipping is €22 if the cart amount is less than €400. Shipping for orders over the threshold of €400 has a fixed cost of €15. This amount will be charged at the time of purchase. Delivery times depend on the courier and are therefore indicative. Normally, the shipped goods will be received in 5-7 working days.
The cost of shipping to countries outside the European community is €40 if the cart amount is less than €400 and €35 if the amount is over €400. This amount will be charged at the time of purchase. Shipping for orders over the threshold of €800 has a fixed cost of €30. Delivery times depend on the courier and are therefore indicative. Normally, the shipped goods will be received in 5-10 working days.

For orders destined outside the European Union, any customs duties, local taxes, clearance fees, or other import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Malìa Lab has no control over these amounts, nor is it able to estimate them in advance.
In case of refusal of delivery or failure to pay customs fees, the package may be returned to the sender or abandoned. In this case, the refund amount will be deducted from the costs incurred for the outbound shipping, the return of the package, and any additional charges applied by the courier.
