1. Products and Lead Times

• Simple accessories: 3–5 days
• Frame accessories: 5–10 days
• Items without modifications: 3–7 days
• Customized items: 3–10 days

2. Prices and Currency

Prices are expressed in local currencies and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change without prior notice. Any rounding or typographical errors will be corrected with due communication.

3. Shipping

• Italy: €7 for orders under €110 (standard); €18 (premium); free standard shipping over €110; €12 for premium shipping; premium free over €450. Delivery in 1–3 business days.
• EU countries: €22 for orders under €400; €15 for orders over €400. Delivery within 5–7 business days.
• Non-EU Europe: €45 under €400; €35 over €400; €30 over €800. Delivery within 5–10 business days.
• North America: €55 under €400; €48 between €400 and €800; €40 over €800. Delivery within 7–10 business days.
• Rest of the world: €100. Delivery within 7–14 business days.

All shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise specified. Customs duties, local taxes, and clearance fees for shipments outside the EU are always the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable in case of returns. Read the full Shipping Policy

4. Returns and Refunds

Return for change of mind: within 14 days only on items not customized or made to measure. Return shipping costs will be calculated based on order volume and package size, communicated and approved before deduction from the refund.

Returns from abroad: EU and non-EU countries: costs calculated per destination country, communicated and approved before deduction.

Returns for defects: Malìa Lab reserves the right to evaluate defects. If confirmed, refund or replacement is guaranteed. In some cases, the defective product may remain with the customer.

Customized items: non-returnable. Modifications can be agreed upon free of charge; shipping costs borne by the customer.

The customer must return products in original condition, including boxes, tags, and accessories. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt or proof of shipment. Read the full Refund Policy

Products are covered by a 24-month legal warranty against defects of conformity. Normal wear, misuse, and improper washing are not covered.

All content (texts, images, logos, designs) belong to Malìa Lab or authorized third parties. The trademark “Malìa Lab®” is registered. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

10. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemics).

11. ADR and Mediation

For disputes, customers may contact an accredited ADR body (e.g., Centro Conciliazione) or take legal action.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted here with revision dates and apply to subsequent sales.

13. Acceptance Clause

By confirming the order, the Customer declares to have read and fully accepted these Terms and all related Policies.

14. Applicable Law

Italian law applies. Jurisdiction is the consumer’s place of residence or, for professionals, the Court of Catanzaro.
